North Carolina resident, Erik Huffman, who is for his appearance on CBS 'Survivor,' has been direct indicted for domestic violence after allegedly assaulting his costar-turned-wife, Jaime Huffman. 

A police report from the Spartanburg Police Department that was obtained by TMZ reveals that authorities responded to a disturbance call at a convenience store in Spartanburg, SC, back in late January. He was subsequently indicted on domestic violence charges in 2024.
